Domus IPO terms summary

Domus IPO watch: Private-equity-backed real estate brokerage company Domus Holdings Corp on Friday submitted the IPO (initial public offering) registration statement to the U.S SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission), in order to raise funds of up to $1 billion.

The company did not disclose the number of shares offered and the IPO price.

According to the regulatory filing, Domus’ shareholders include private-equity firm Apollo Management Holdings and hedge fund company Paulson&Co. The company said Apollo will continue to have the majority of the voting rights of the shares outstanding.

Domus’ IPO underwriters are not mentioned in the prospectus.
