Erickson Air-Crane IPO watch: U.S. S-16 truck helicopter manufacturer and operator Erickson Air-Crane (NASDAQ:EAC) formally landed on the NASDAQ Stock Exchange on Wednesday under the symbol “EAC.” EAC stock price closed at $8 in the first trading, flat with the Erickson Air-Crane IPO price of $8, with trading volume of 1.72 million shares.
At Stifel Nicolaus Weisel, Oppenheimer & Co. and LazardCapital Markets worked as the lead underwriter for the Erickson Air-Crane IPO.
Erickson Air-Crane filed an IPO registration statement with the U.S. SEC (Security And Exchange Commission) in February this year, then postponed it.
