Facebook IPO may be postponed to June

Facebook IPO watch: According to the news report of CNBC, Facebook may postpone the date of IPO (initial public offering) because of the recent acquisitions and other reasons. Facebook originally scheduled roadshow on May 7 and intended to formally go public on the 14th that week. But Zuckerberg and senior management are more concerned about the acquisitions and business operations, thus affecting the Facebook IPO progress. According to the report, Facebook may hold the road shows on May 14, and postponed the public offering date to June.
