Zynga is a well-known American social game developer, of which the productions are very popular on Facebook, such as FarmVille and CityVille. Zynga expands rapidly, the number of its monthly active users amounted up to 200 million, as of November 2011. Zynga revenue primarily come through the sales of virtual goods, such as seeds in FarmVille. In addition, Zynga is also building his own advertising business. Zynga is listed for trading on NASDAQ on December 16, 2011, issuing 100 million common stock at the IPO price of $10 and financing $1 billion. The Zynga IPO lead underwriters consisted of Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays Capital, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase and ALLEN & COMPANY LLC.
